HOW TO MAKE AN ON-LINE ORDER
PLACING AN ORDER BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL

We are sorry, but for security reasons, we can not place an order by email.
You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first email will confirm that your order has been received. You will receive this email within 24 hours of order placement.
- The second email will confirm that your order has been picked-up by the carrier and is in-transit to your delivery address.
Coats Co takes the security of its ecommerce transactions very seriously in order to protect our clients. One of the tools we use to assist with the security of our ecommerce transactions is a verification software provided and monitored by a third-party security firm. That review process occasionally identifies certain transactions where additional verification is required before the transaction can be completed.
If a potential fraud is detected, we may ask our clients to send two documents:
- Photo of government issued photo identification of the cardholder. (Driver’s License, Health Card, Passport)
- Photo of the front side only of the credit card used for the transaction.
We ask to take a photo of each of these documents and send them to the email address below. Please note that once we receive these items for verification the digital photos will be delete and your order will be completed and sent to you.
We apologize and understand that this request may inconvenience for you, however please keep in mind that it is for our mutual security and that without this verification we will not be able to complete your order.

CHANGE IN ORDER STATUS
Occasionally, unusually high order volume for a particular item will cause us to run out of stock. If one of the items on your order is not available, we will notify you by phone and / or email immediately.
Should an out-of-stock item no longer be available, we will cancel your order and notify you by phone and / or email immediately. You will not be charged any tax or shipping & handling fees for that item.
PROMO CODES AND HOW TO USE THEM
Occasionally when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Using the code is easy:
- Just shop and check out as you normally would.
- When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
- Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
- If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.
