HOW TO MAKE AN ON-LINE ORDER
PLACING AN ORDER BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL
Due to credit card regulations we are unable to accept orders by telephone or e-mail. All purchases must be paid in-store or online, on our web boutique payment page.
You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first email will confirm that your order has been received. You will receive this email within 24 hours of order placement.
2. The second email will confirm that your order has been picked-up by the carrier and is in-transit to your delivery address.
CHANGE IN ORDER STATUS
Occasionally, unusually high order volume for a particular item will cause us to run out of stock. If one of the items on your order is not available, we will notify you by phone and / or email immediately.
Should an out-of-stock item no longer be available, we will cancel your order and notify you of same by phone and / or email immediately. You will not be charged any tax or shipping & handing fees for that item.
PROMO CODES AND HOW TO USE THEM
Occasionally when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Using the code is easy:
1. Just shop and check out as you normally would.
2. When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
3. Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
4. If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.
